Drove through there this morning. Water already coming up on some streets to the level of the lake. Good luck. I used to live on Wytchwood.

You got 'em ... I have friends in Morgan City but I only know that one of them lives on Hilda and anothe one "around" the corner from that. Is that area in danger as is yours??

Lived in Lakeside pretty much my whole life except for college years. Used to play plenty of pick-up games in the empty lot on Wytchwood.

@tiger91...If that are were to be effected, that would mean a breach in the levee=No more Morgan City.

I'm telling everyone down here that it's like having a Cat 5 Hurricane that you know is coming for you that can stay a Cat 5 or fall to a Cat 2. We just don't know. And that Hurricane will last for weeks no matter how big it is.
