Any food recommendations for Wilmington NC

Heading there next week for a conference I have a reservation at Seabird for one night, but was looking for some recommendations for lunch spots or casual places.
Did a search but didn't find anything, thanks for any help.

Used to spend a lot of time there for work but havent been in 10 years or so.
We used to go to Bluewater Waterfront Grill on the Intercoastal Waterway. It was right across the bridge on the way to Wrightsville Beach.
It's been a while but I remember it as being good. Right on the Intercoastal and next to the marina.

I used to go up there for work pretty regular too, but it's been a few years. There is a place called Seabird near the river walk that is excellent. I remember liking several places in that area but I can't remember all the names. But Seabird was the best of them.

Hieronymus Seafood Restaurant & Oyster Bar - they have 4-5 fresh fish of the day you can get cooked your way. Had some sheepshead there one time and it was awesome
