I love it. I don't drink a whole lot anymore, but that's one of the few things that I'll make an exception for.
I never have liked this one. This one actually tastes too sweet for me. I don't find the Abita sweet, but this one I do. The Covington tastes like strawberry shortcake or something of that matter.

Strawberry is pretty good, I cant drink more than 2 though......too sweet for me
I much rather Purple Haze, I can drink those all night, and not to mention PH is very refreshing....I like to throw in an Abita Wheat to mix things up a little.

I drink Abita Strawberry. Big fan actually. I generally only like the Covington Strawberry if it's on tap.
They serve a beer here in the UK called Fruli. It tastes like strawberry puree. Very very sweet. Drink more than two and you're asking for trouble. Like drinking 15 bottles of Boone's Farm.

Damn. Was that for 12oz? It's about £6 a pint here (~$10), but everything here is more expensive than the states.

I drink it and love it. My neighbor owns a bar and is from LA originally. One night out of nowhere he knocks on the door. I open it and he says he's in a hurry to get back to the bar but knew I would love this beer, and hands me a six pack. Great summer beer
