I think the next time you do a BBQ you should take some pics of the process and make a new thread.

That's an idea maybe YouTube video. I just hate helping the haters. They will be the first ones watching taking notes. Right Burgau?

Chili recipe starts with my brisket which recipe Im not sharing. Is literally Beef stock, cubed left over brisket, onions, tomatoes, toasted chili powder. I thickened it with potato starch if needed. Control the heat with black, red pepper

I never competed and most bbq there is about as good as most festival food sub par.

Hi, Robert. Based off of what experience? You actually competed at Hogs one year, how'd you do? Most guys on the pro level of competition started out smoking for years using the traditional methods. Myself bbq'd the traditional way for over 9 years (and still doing it) before I ever competed, and now going into my 13th year of competing for a total of 22 years of bbq. The meats that we're using at competitions are far superior to restaurant quality meats and ingredients, much less festival food.

I think its the new pitmaster at CCBBQ. Thought he was a BBQ competition pro till he couldn't make a living in 7th place most times. Won Hogs but that don't pay the bills. One of the most annoying BBQ people I ever met. Would creep around Nola Smokehouse trying to learn anything. They deserve each other for sure!

Yes it is, and I'm damn sure not going to hide behind an alias. The pits are fine. It's not the car, it's the driver. Is this the same Rob that messaged me on facebook the other day, talking shite then blocked me, so I couldn't reply? I was going to keep quiet on here till you kept talking, and talking, and talking.....lying to these people. You wanna tell people that I asked for YOUR secrets, I would stop st the restaurant and offer you advice, rookie. I had you figured out when I heard you making your wife call you chef. Listen, unlike you, I'm a very humble and modest person. I actually let my experience (22 vs your 5 on and off), and real accomplishments speak for themselves. Instead of being a keyboard and hashtag pitmaster. You want to talk about level....your unemployed arse will NEVER EVER be close to my level. Later boy, your phone battery is dying.

Yeah, he likes to spout off how many years he's done this or that. Still like you no one knows his name or cares for that matter. Living in my distant shadow has to be a bummer lmao

I sure am, come see me. I'm taking small steps in retraining the staff. A lot of old, poor techniques needed to be cleaned up. I'll actually start cooking soon. This hashtag yielding clown can talk all he wants, but I know the real truth about him.

More bragging about your years in the BIZ lmao Who are you again...a nobody using another chef recipes and menu a year later...why is that? You should have a ton of mediocre recipes over the many many years you've been smokin . Frickin joke #sloppyseconds

Robert

In all seriousness, let it go. You're up to your old ways, and will never change. I've never had a problem with you, I for damn sure never asked or wanted advice from you, so I don't know why you'd have a problem with me. Just know that you will never be me, and I'll never be the keyboard pitmaster that you are.
