Moved away 1 1/2 yrs ago but based on our time there I would add Miller Union as a possibility and second the recommendation for Two Urban Licks. Staplehouse and Gunshow were the two that we didn't have an opportunity to try but would sill feel comfortable recommending based on their reputation. If you can get a reservation I would start there. Aria was the best fine dining meal that we had and Atlas was also good but I would stay away from Buckhead all together. Bacchanalia was supposed to be amazing but we felt like is was overrated to be honest. If you're going to Decatur you can't beat the combo of dinner and drinks at Kimball House and then going to the upstairs Belgian beer bar at Brick Store Pub.

Really good suggestions in here. I'm surprised that it's the second page and no mention of Empire State South or Restaurant Eugene.

Miller Union
Staplehouse
Argosy
&
(everything Capplewood suggested)

I would add that Two Urban Licks is next to New Realm Brewing which is a great place to eat and drink.

Cheers!

We ended up at Argosy and The Optimist. Both places had really good food and atmospheres. Thanks for the recommendations!
