Any must eat places in that area, have to be there this weekend.

Belton:
Millers bbq is excellent, including their breakfast.
Dead fish grill is a solid dinner spot with tasty drinks.
Mosaic Grill is good.
The Gin is good.
Salado:
Barton House. Their burger is the best around.
Alexander's craft kitchen is OK, my neighbors love it though.
Sylvia's breakfast tacos are excellent. Cash only.
Big Tony's cheesesteaks are amazing for a roadside lunch spot.
If you venture down to Georgetown, city post is excellent.
