You can sit at Chicken Shack just as you can at Popeyes but it doesn't have waiters and such if that's what you're asking.

The best i've had in New Orleans was at Elizabeth's. Jacques-imo's is entirely too expensive for fried chicken.

Tough to say, but Puckett's Grocery in Franklin, Tennessee was the last fried chicken that I have had that really stood out for me.

Haven't ben there a while, but they had good chicken and onion rings were good. Back Porch in Woodville has pretty good fried chicken.

Gus's is my absolute favorite. Hell it is the best overall meal in memphis, period.
