for something different, make a curry with green curry paste, coconut milk, and fish sauce. bring to a boil and add the fish, mushrooms, and diced bell pepper. reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for 8 minutes.

something different and delish!

also, i always grill them on the half shell. one time i slathered them with jerk seasoning and they were incredibly tasty
