Well I quit tailgating for every game but my group is still going strong so I'll hit it for probably three games this year. Friend from NO brings mini muffulettas, one brings about a hundred pieces of Popeyes, I normally boil a bunch of shrimp, sometimes at the game sometime I bring them already done at the house. We keep the pit going and it will vary from game to game but brisket, pork but, frenched lamb racks always make an appearance, several pots of white beans during the year, later in the season we will bring a box or two of oysters and shuck, grill and raw. I normally bring a big pot of crawfish bisque I make in the Spring and freeze for one game.

I've see where people wrap the chicken mixture in egg roll wrappers then deep fry the buffalo chicken. Either way I'm gonna try this recipe. Sounds damn good!!
Thanks man.
The pulled chicken from about a 5 lb. whole fryer, mixed with enough cheese (usually an 8 oz. shredded brick give or take) will usually yield about 23ish balls. You want them about golf ball sized shape. If you want them decently hot, use a cup (give or take) of hot sauce, about a third of a cup of diced green onions. Mix it all together, then form into balls. Use a flour, egg, panko dredge, and then fry em.
Floss...your menu never fails to impress. If I'm ever excommunicated from TDT, I plan on applying over there.
