Ate here today, hoping that it was the same people/recipe as the previous BD. I ordered a burger, fries, and strawberry milkshake. Overall it was OK (pretty equivalent to Riverside Patty), nothing mind blowing. It was no where near as good as the former BD, the reason I think they can use the name is they called it "Burger Delight" instead of "Burger Delite".
I probably won't go out of my way to eat here again.

for all info the GG is owned by a son of the original owner of burger delite. I was told by him that the name was never protected but got permission from the family to open it back up
