Busy day in the kitchen so far

I brined a big pork belly for a week and smoked it for 5 hours yesterday, put it in the fridge to cool and brought it upstairs to slice it up and vacuum seal for the freezer.
Before that I baked 3 loaves of date/nut bread and got a large bag of raw peanuts on the stove in the seafood boil to make some boiled peanuts that the wife and I love to munch on.
The house has a hell of a mix of aromas going on right now and a productive Monday so far.
Now, to cut, edge and clean up the yard later today when the sun is setting and it will top off the day.
