Yep. I'm sure if you looked up the number to caterers you're thinking of asking, then called them say, before 4 pm tomorrow, some very nice local baton rouge people would be happy to help you out if you just told them you wanted to speak to the person in charge.

I don't think it matters if you want to tell everyone you cater. I don't see a conflict on it since this is a food board. I didn't know you catered myself. Now I do and next time I need one I'll keep that in mind.
