I got a Francisco Vaz custom made chefs knife and a couple brisket blankets/tubs. That knife is badass

I got several jars of farmers market salsas from Hammond and Ruston. My wife got a bread slicing “system.” I used my sous vide that I got for a past Christmas gift to make duck breast and petit filets on the 25th

I got a bacon grease container and several Hexclad pots and pans. Pretty impressed with everything I've cooked in the new pans so far.
