Wife and I are going in the first week of December. No kids, I can't wait. The trip had been paid for since March.
We have reservations at California Grill, Tokyo Dining, Victoria and Alberts, and Fultons Crab House

We just got back from disney a few weeks ago. Ohana was terrible. Food was way below average. One good place for quick meals is Wolf Gang Puck's Express at downtown disney. Also, the Planet Hollywood is pretty good. Coral Reef was good, had average to above average steaks. Really nice atmosphere.

T-Rex Cafe(the new place in Downtown-Disney)

Same thing as a rainforest cafe but dinosaurs instead of jungle animals and a meteor shower instead of a rainstorm. I know the food will prolly be pretty crappy but when I was young, I was an absolute freak about dinosaurs. So screw it, I'm going.
