Found a recipe on MeatEater’s website. Had some fresh duck breasts and some Best Stop andouille.
It was pretty tasty. I will be making it again.

Jean Paul (recipe author) posts here sometimes on the outdoor board. I follow him on instagram and just about everything he cooks looks awesome.

Yes. Cooked just like the recipe stated. Turned out awesome. I will definitely be making this again……

I have made this multiple times and it is amazing!! You have to have the time to make the stock.
