While it is a little overrated and expensive, I always get the regular bacon cheeseburger all the way with grilled onions and jalapenos and A1 sauce.

Ate there for the first time Wednesday. The sign on the wall says, "we cook our burgers well done and juicy." Sorry, 5 guys, but it's one or the other. Can't do both. Burger was average. The mountain of fries, on the other hand, was medium rare. I won't be back.

I gave it another shot. And yet again came away completely unimpressed. I guess to each his own but to me there is just nothing special about the burger.
I think Rally's burger and fries are much better and for much less money.
I got two burgers and one order of fries at five guys and spent 16 bucks. My brother ate the other burger and said it was a very decent burger.
Not saying I will never eat there or anything again. But really don't understand the appeal.

Cannot understand why everyone goes nuts over Five Guys. It used to be great when they had one place in Arlington, Virginia. Now it is nothing more than another greasy burger joint and an overpriced one at that. When I want a greasy burger I get one that is much better in the small town where I live. I don't even think about Five Guys.
