Nirvana is pretty good. The best butter chicken I've had in the New Orleans area is at India4U in Mandeville.

Nah, BR doesnt really have any good butter chicken. Inadia's is ok. I thought you said you liked the Butter Chicken from that place in Kenner the best? Never had it from Nirvana. Butter chicken at Inda4U on the north shore is pretty good.

I actually prefer it at India's. I think they're a little heavy on the cardamom at Bay Leaf. Just a personal preference.

I am really starting to dabble in Indian cooking and cuisine. I have lived on the fringe, but I think I need to go into this head first. My taste buds have been starving for those great Eastern spice mixes.
