Herbal tea hot or iced. Pretty much all I drink now. No sweeteners needed.

Whole milk is better for you - in moderation - than skim milk. Skim milk lacks a lot of nutrients found in whole milk. I personally drink 2%, that's my favorite.. I love me some milk. Milk and sweet tea.

the diet drinks that people drink thinking they are being healthy are probably doing more damage to their body from the aspartame.

Butterbeer Seriously I had some at the theme park last summer and it is ah-mazing. When it comes to more conventional beverages my carbonated beverage of choice is Dr Pepper. Also love the Italian sodas at Carino's and this Mexican apple soda.
