I've been there in January and I've been there in March....no thanks. Rained constantly and it was about 40-45 the entire time.....just a drizzle but you couldn't go anywhere without getting wet and cold. And then in January at 4pm it was dark. Yea the summers are great though.

Cool front came through tonight. Maybe some rain on Friday. It rains here often enough but not usually in the summer. But I've had 8" of rain over the last 2 months at my house in the city.

Naw. I wanted to buy a place there but my wife wasn't keen on it. Bought some rental property in Oak Cliff instead. Probably a better investment.
