I haven't ordered from Let's Pour, but if it is FedEx then you can re-direct to a FedEx office location. I have done this many times to avoid issues with me not being home and the whole adult signature thing. In my experience, they uphold the adult signature requirement and won't leave it at the door. If you put in your re-direct request in too late it could delay by a day, though. I would think you'd still be good.
Pretty sure I've done the same thing with UPS at least once, but I have a lot more experience with FedEx.

I went to UPS website and it doesn't allow me to modify a shipment in progress.... If I was the shipper it allows a modification though

Yea, I think the shipper has to allow you the ability to re-direct the package. Maybe Let's Pour doesn't do that for some reason. I know France44 does it because I've done it with their packages plenty of times. In fact, it has allowed me get a package on Saturday instead of Mondays several times, because they will deliver to FedEx office on Saturdays for regular ground shipping, but not usually to residences.

From my experience ups usually comes later in the day, but I don't know about 4p. My last order showed up at 2. Just call them and tell them to hold it at a ups location or leave a note on your door with instructions.
I always get mine delivered to my work so I don't have to worry about missing them or having it swiped off my front porch..
