So a little over half way done with the Willetized and it has hit room temp. That hot is not a alcohol hot to me. It is the spices from the rye barrel. I would say Roasted coffee/malt with vanilla on the nose. On the taste, a lttle sweet at first but quickly turns bitter/sour (not in a bad way) then spicy and drying on the finish. Mouthfeel a little thinner than last year. Still very well made beer. No off flavors.

Cool place huh toof? When I was there they had cans of focal banger. They also had sip of sunshine on tap, parabola, and some great IPA’s Melvin. Apparently DC can sell any beer they as long as they go get it
