I don’t eat fried food often, but during Lent, I’ll fry up some trout for Poboys. I wish it was healthier because damn, fried trout poboys with a cold beer is a top 10 meal for me

Man…nothing like eating fried specks under the camp for lunch, that were pulled out the water the night before under the light or early morning.
Don’t even need the mustard. Just some cayenne and salt with the blue LA Products fish fry bag.
And yes, with a cold beer or two. Can’t beat that with a stick. I love a good steakhouse meal, but I’ll take the above over that 9.85 times out of 10.
