I spent 3 weeks in Thailand/Vietnam hitting up beaches etc.
After 3 weeks, I was tired of it. It gets old pretty damn quickly. I figure most of y'all have never tried eating certain cuisines exclusively for more than a few days.
I could eat American Southern cuisine/Cajun/Burgers for the rest of my life and never need anything else.

Would probably have to be a cuisine with a lot of variety
Japanese I could probably do for that reason

But that's technically more than one cuisine

Cajun. Acadiana Cajun.
I do love Thai food, but give me everything from Cajun style boiled seafood, fried specks and flounders, chicken & sausage gumbo, brown jambalaya, blackened chicken pasta, seasoned steaks, boudin, smothered green beans, meatball fricassee, etc., etc.
