We did cabling for a systems upgrade for four Cici's in the DC metro area. I will never set foot in one of their stores again. There was a rat in the ceiling of one store. The kitchens were filthy and disgusting and they all stank. They must not change the water out under the warming trays for weeks because it is grotesque. I could go on but I'm sure you all get the picture. Every single store had a stench to it and I couldn't wait to shower after being in them.

As I said, I haven't been to a Cici's since my teenage years but I don't remember it being good then. I just ate it because I didn't have any money. Of the major pizza chains out there, what would you place below it? Just curious?
