I like to freshen it up with a bit of browned onions to give it more of a home cooked feel

I like the Lousisina Fish Fry mix for ettouffe. Quick and easy for a meal during the week. Shrimp Creole mix is okay, too.

I've tried their gumbo and red beans and rice mixes - not horrible meals, but nothing like the real thing.
