I don't have a recipe it's one of those things where my grandmaw passed it down to my mom and she has the recipe. We haven't made it in years so I guess I better find the time to slaughter a hog so I can get all the recipes

Good enough. Post some tips when you give it a go. I'm always looking to improve mine. What I do, posted in the Recipe Thread, probably isn't much like my grandmother's...I doubt she ever touched a jap. pepper...but I make the dish because she did.

Do I have to wait until next Christmas to get 2nd's? Or is there any chance of a Spring or Summer Pig Mixing Day?

If you ask me they are exponentially better than Tonys..
Of course I think Tony's are just ok though.
