Chef’s Choice, had one for 15 years and it does an excellent job, get the three stage one.

I sharpen maybe once every 6 months, hone all the time.

Mine came from Smith's sharpening system. It was similar but not the same. I doubt they still sell these anymore. The fine stone was an Arkansas stone, but I don't know where the others came from.
