How does this work?
One of many YouTube videos on how to debone, then stuff and cook. It can be tedious the first time but gets easier the more you do. Fyi I don’t debone the wing like the guy in the video does but I fo everything else.

I did half Holy Voodoo and half Deez Nuts last year and it turned out fantastic. Will likely do the same this year.

I'm an ole-fashion oven roasted turkey guy.
Night before:
- clean and season with salt, pepper, mrs. dash, with a dusting of tony's on the outside and few shakes of tony's in the cavity
-put pads of butter under the skin of the breast and thighs
-stuff cavity with apple, orange, onion, belle pepper, garlic, and sweet potato
I do use a roasting bag for oven. Cook 3-4hrs(usually a 20 pound or so turkey) and remove from oven once hits inside temperature. Turkey is moist and seasoned perfectly. Love it when you get the hints of the apple, orange, bell pepper and sweet potato in the breast meat.
I do cheat and get the turkey with the pop up when Turkey hits temperature

We usually do something other than turkey like enchiladas, pork roast, steaks, etc. The church we attend does a big turkey meal the Sunday before and turkey twice in a week is a bridge too far.
Totally agree with this. Makes a moist turkey every time.
