Such a great cut and I don’t know why you don’t see more of it . It was pretty much what all the old joints cooked before they changed to brisket which was Edgar Black that started it.

I’ve done a couple of them on my smoker.

So what typically gets done with it? It all goes somewhere, if it's not at the store they must be making something with it. I would try it out.
