LOCO crawfish boiler cart. Anyone here ever change the regulator?

The regulator hose connection looks like a regular threaded screw on but I can’t get it to budge when I put a wrench on it. And if I put any bigger wrench on the thing it feels I will break something. Anyone else have this problem?

I figured that was a possibility so attempted to go both ways with it and couldn’t get it to budge either way.
