Hard to beat Culver's in Wisconsin. Have had hit/miss around Chicagoland. Never really gotten it anywhere else in the country.

Portillo's has been above-average to good since selling to Berkshire Partners several years ago. However, it is a good business with unique chain food + "cult-like" following.

Not sure if an unpopular opinion, but I actually don't mind Cousins Subs. Not fantastic sandwiches or anything, but I've always thought the bread is pretty well made.

Braums store concept is unique with a mini grocery store attached to an ice cream counter and kitchen. They also operate their own dairies.

Burgers can be really good but inconsistent between locations. Had the pleasure of working at one in college and cleanup took forever each night.
