I would assume since the reaction has been positive, wasn't the first batch of Ghost a brewery only thing as well?

It's suppose to rotate with ghost and soon be a regularly distributed beer. As regularly as ghost is at least.

As it should be, would be the perfect rotation mixed with some cool one time release stouts and etc, everyday Envie mixed in fresh never gets old either.

Agreed. The simple drinkability of opus and envie actually makes me disinterested in ghost, as crazy as that may sound.

I drink Envie for everyday, Ghost for juice.

Not sure when I will drink Opus with the other two available.

Although, if they alternate Opus and Ghost I guess they can fabricate the rare again to up the hype.

No, it was distributed in 750mL bottles, and then they switched to 4-packs for batch two.

Credit to Parish for going straight to 4-packs with Opus. They're certainly not trying to milk the margins by putting the beer in bombers again and again.

I just watched that like 10 times and wondered why his arm didn't go back through instead of breaking the glass.

Good meeting you Buffbraz. Haven't read through this whole thread but had a great time at the brewery. Yes there was a line. We got there around 11:10 and got to the front around noon. Not bad considering we could walk insider To grab a beer and get back in line. I thought it was handled pretty well. Considering the facility size it went pretty quick. Lines are much longer at some other releases at other breweries from what I've seen (hannupah day).
Really liked Opus Vert. I think I like it better than envie and ghost. Just a delicious beer. The Reve coffee stout was fantastic too.
The guy doing the brewery tour said that the Brewers give Andrew shite for the names of the beers. He said they call vert, space pickle.
May go back next weekend for the ghost release.

ETA: my bad, they call it spacey mcpickleface. Knew it had something to do with a pickle.

You too Bug. My BIL and I had a great day. Went over to gnarfest as well. If any of you Northshore baws are heading over to ghost release next weekend, I'd be willing to throw up some cash and/or trade for some ghost beers.

I think it's a two four pack limit? I'll buy as much as y'all can get. Where y'all playing Sunday? I'll just be getting back from Biloxi, but I might be able to swing it. Do y'all need more opus? I have a few 4 packs I could sell/trade to y'all.

If no golf I'm getting with Net this coming weekend, we shall see what is allowed, if it's 2-4 packs that's terrible and not worth the drive IMO I'm loaded w Opus, trading 4 tomorrow for 4 ghost..... Let's see what the week brings and what the limits are.....
