I wonder how other breweries throughout the country are feeling about the huge influx of distilleries and the bourbon market that has grown exponentially over the past 5 or so years.

They've done numerous collabs, but we don't see them. It's beginning to feel intentional.

Alot of those were 1 off collabs done at Parish that were brewery only and likely won't be done again
The collabs that they've done at other breweries aren't showing up there

Yeah we SeLa baws get the little cheap plastic Parish beads while they chuck the big long ones deep and far.
I guess Parish Brewing cares more about ChiComs on the other side of the world than SeLa baws.

Just to set everyone off further. If you go to Parish Brewing Online, you can order Coffee Cake Reve, Murphy, Liquid Moteuka to be shipped. However, you can not order to be picked up and the brewery says they are sold out.

Back in the day I made a stir on the Church because a guy named Ronnie Esposito was getting beer from Andrew pre-release to sell to his “customers” in the DFW area. He would pull up pre-release and get quantities way above the limits. I outed him and he PM’d me crying about it saying I was hurting his family and his financials. I know he wasn’t the only one getting these back room deals. That was pretty much the downfall of Parish for me. Andrew has always been more concerned with building his brand in other markets. It’s the same reason you’ll never seen Parish collab with any local breweries. He won’t ever prop up a brewery here in the state using his name.
