The Pho at Dangs and Little Siagon is the best, my husband always gets pho bac biet, I love pho ga

I went to Little Saigon for the first time last night. Got the pho with raw beef, the grilled pork spring rolls and the vietnamese poboy. All were excellent. I could do without all those fancy dipping sauces though.

OK one of you Vietnamese expert.
So one of you brave souls wander over to the Hong Kong Seafood Market in the corner by Little Saigon and try the little buffet bar they recently set up.
I do a little shopping there now and then, but I admit I have been a little antsy on trying this.
I think its the gallons of milk that sit on the counter all day that worries me.

Might be soy milk. I think they are ok at room temperature. Not sure though.
