Google fathead pizza crust. The interwebs swear it is better than the cauliflower one. My favorite chicken parm crust is trader joes almond meal and parmesan cheese. Tastes amazing.

Eta: down 20 lbs since February but still fat so no one get excited.

How do you feel?

Think you can keep making #Gainz with losses?

Good job lady

I feel awesome because I have energy/am not hungry/no brain fog or sluggishness/no cravings. I need to keep this up.

Once you get into it, keto is awesome! Way to go, keep it up!

I've never been to a Trader Joe's. Looking forward to the Metairie location opening.

Preach. That place is building pretty quickly too. I'll be going there over rouses once it's built. The ones out in LA are cheap and awesome quality

It's really amazing how TJ's can keep their prices so low yet maintain great quality on so many items.

So how many carbs are ya'll trying to keep it under? I ask because it seems extremely difficult to actually consume food in a day and not get 10-20 carbs in there just because.

I'm somewhere between 20-30 usually.

Most days I have:
Two 30g whey smoothies with fistfuls of spinach in each, blueberries in one
6-8 oz of chicken salad and pork rind for lunch
Afternoon snack is half a cucumber and some pimento
Dinner is chicken, fish, or some other type of meat
Some type of vegetable with dinner
Cottage cheese for dessert
Maybe a Quest bar

I don't count the carbs that closely. If I stick to this script, and don't slam IPA's, I get leaner and feel good.

I guess the only way to get it cleaner is cut out the quest bar.

I target 30g net carbs as a max.

Down 4 pounds from yesterday. Must be water weight. Typical from starting keto?

Yes. But it's still fun to see the needle drop.

Typical day for me is same type menu but one smoothie and half the meat portion and no quest bar or pimento. My calorie needs are lower than yours.

I've never had anything from that place.

I'd just grab a little ribeye and make a salad if that's what they offered. Prolly similar in price too.
