Boiled crawfish are keto friendly? Thinking about picking some up for the family and watching the LSU game tonight.

Didn't drink yesterday for Cinco.
No parties or anything this weekend.
No big meals on Mother's Day.

Hopefully under 230 next time.

Yes, Just watch drinking beer and the salt intake with other foods that will make you hold water.

Absolutely. Just stay away from taters and corn. And be careful about sausage. Usually hidden carbs and sugar. Not tons but don't go ham on the sausage.

I figured that. I'm just doing strictly crawfish. Won't even be drinking beer.

scored some cauliflower rice from Trader Joe's this morning. They had like 8 bags so I got 5 of them. I wasn't prepared to find them, so by the time I had a big arse can of coffee beans I couldn't really hold much more with the rice; otherwise I may not have left any there

I love that they have pre-mixed cauliflower for $2.50. It's awesome.

Fell off the keto train yesterday. Couldn't pass up drinking beer out on the boat....then it led to some Popeyes and more beer.

Time to bounce back today.

Lost another two pounds. I am super motivated to not cheat because it will knock me out of ketosis and as long as I stay in I am losing pounds and inches. Down 16 from when I began my fitness pal and down around 20 from my last doctors appt weigh in. Just eleventy billion more to go.

Is pork butt keto approved?

Any suggestions for saucing it up since most sauces have a ton of carbs?

Check these out. I've found the G Hughes at select Walmarts.

Pork butt is keto friendly. Only thing that'll make it not friendly is a sugary rub or sugary bbq sauce or glaze.

G Hughes bbq sauce

Guy's bbq sauce

Headed in for some chest.
Beer is 100% out henceforth. Until further notice.

Seriously, I drank a lot of beer between Wednesday and Saturday last week.

shite's gotta stop.

Bit of a rough weekend on the diet. Saturday I wound up drinking 3 beers. Had my family over to meet my SO's family and we hosted a big party. Since me, my SO, and her dad are keto we had plenty of keto options so I actually ate keto, but ate way too much. Yesterday had a crawfish boil. Only had 1 beer and 2 Bourbons.. Ate breakfast and then crawfish at lunch skipped dinner.

Got up this AM at 5 and hit up a light full body lift session, then got home and walked about 20 minutes. Dunno when I'm fasting til.. Probably 10:30-11. Considering a 24 hour fast since I haven't eaten since the crawish

Glad to see I am not the only person that fell off the wagon this weekend. Last week was a really busy week at work but I did pretty good up until cheat day on Friday. Went a little crazy on Cotten's old fashion hamburgers then ate canned raviolis that night after my workout because I was starving and I was out of pretty much everything including protein powder and peanut butter. .

Then had beer and crawfish with tons of potatoes. Really only had 4 mich ultra so not too bad on the beer then yesterday had crawfish again but kept it keto friendly.

All the crawfish was fricking my electrolyte balance up. Saturday I gained 12 lbs during the day and was back to start weight by sunday morning. Yesterday gained 8 but weighed in at 187 this morning which is the lowest I have been since I got off the rapid fatloss handbook diet about 6 weeks ago.

So overall it helped to have a big weekend atleast for weight. I noticed yesterday I was getting crazy headaches and decided to check my BP and it was crazy high for me 175/96. So it was not a good weekend for my health.

This morning it was back to normal though and I am hitting it crazy hard the next few weeks. Determined when I get Body Fat check in the first week of june to be close to 8%. SO I hit arms this morning then 30 min of cardio. Will continue lifting and cardio every morning until I reach below 7%. Will do cardio at lunch also and will continue this also and at night will be doing main lifting session followed by cardio. Abs after every weight session. Will also be doing frequency method push ups throughout the day.

Diet will for the next four weeks will be

20oz chicken breast this is cooked down with a huge pepper melody I do with all colored sweet peppers and all colored bell peppers also with Anaheim and pablaano peppers and when I can find it chipolte peppers also.

2 small sweet potatoes with some stevia and maybe some grass fed butter but not much

200g of either strawberries, blueberries or blackberries with stevia

also protein shakes with some mixed with pbfit peanut butter powder. Will take as many as needed to get to 400g protein a day. All mixed with unsweetened cashew milk.

Will be keeping salt to a min and eating everything in a 4 hour window if at all possible.

Will be upping the caffeine and ephedra along with the TTA and rasberry ketones and CLA. will lay off the creatine for a while. Will be taking MR Hyde for morning session and dr jekyl for afternoon.

I will not be taking in BCAAs outside the window other than strictly during the afternoon workout.

Hopefully this all works as planned. I really want that sub 32" waste so I can be like mouton.

Figured I would give everybody the rundown so they could see what I am doing the next few weeks.

I know a couple of yall have mentioned gainz and trying to learn more about this area for after you reach your goals. Hopefully we can talk about this some this week and I can give my views and tell yall who I trust in this department.
