Slowly coming down. One more week of my workout/eating plan and then the calorie cutting begins. Anxious to see how much weight I lose doing this routine.

Stalled this week while still in keto. I guess I will cut calories next week to see if the scale will move.

Stalls are fairly normal, particularly early on. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll probably drop a bunch after about 10 days total if you're doing everything right. If your weight doesn't decrease after 2 weeks total, then lower calories by 5% and do that for two weeks.

Your body can sometimes hold onto water when losing weight. As long as you're not lying to yourself and actually doing it right, that will eventually flush out. How much water do you drink on a daily basis? May need to drink more.

I am only up 2 lbs from crawfish water weight. Should be a good week. Work trip may be getting moved back, dunno..

So I cheated a bit this weekend, but overall sunday to sunday I was still down 4 lbs to 191. Not the lowest I have been since starting as I did get down to 184 one day last week but overall the scale is moving down at a steady pace and my arms are staying the same while my waist is going down. Can't ask for much more.

I actually got rid of my love handles completely. But still have the lower back fat to get rid of and a little on the lower abs. Pretty happy with progress though.

Sorry for the delay but wow 10 lbs in the first week?! Incredible, I figure it's mostly water weight but still excited to keep on track. Had a party Saturday and drank my fair share of Miller lites, gotta work on that.

Quite sure I am not drinking enough water and have a few too many fruit carbs most days. If I change those two things I am sure I would see better results. I lose well when I have no fruit. That is when the scale shows biggest losses. Everything else is good with no cheating.

I ate and drank terribly all weekend. As if I don't leave for gulf shores on Thursday.

Fasting until dinner tonight for sure. Thinking about fasting until dinner all week and just not eating many calories at all.

Beer's tough. I'm glad I've learned to appreciate bourbon. I can have a bourbon or two and not blow up the diet. It's really tough not to plow through beers once you crack the first one.

I'm losing and still drinkin muh beer on the weekends.

That's the trick, just keep it to the weekends.
One or two days of delicious Envie shouldn't hurt that bad if you watch your calories that day(s) and #Gainz hard in the paint all week.

That's the toughest part.. If I drink 5 Envies, I've consumed a lot of calories.. and to top that off, not controlling the diet anymore
