Well, you went frickin nuts son.

lol

My stomach would be twisted as well.

Btw, for future reference, always take your shirt off when given the opportunity.

I know I do. You regret 100% of the times you don't take your shirt off in any situation.

We have science to back that up.

Down to 184.4 this morning. Lowest point for me in a couple years. Going to try to get into the 183s if possible tomorrow morning.

You serious on the overhead press? Because your are inching on a bodyweight press which is a huge huge accomplishment. Something kess than 1% of lifters achieve. Congrats dude that is awesome.

I can do 225lbs x 3 @ 220lb weight.

Also do single arm overhead press with 110lb dumbbells 3-4 times.

My best ever press was 280lbs when I weighed 285.

I've been a strong dude for a while, just really fat.

Bench max 465lb
incline max 405lb

Never really squatted before, and now I started to do it using towels cause I can't rotate shoulders externally enough to reach the bar and my gym doesn't have a safety squat bar or cambered bar.

gonna go see my first Vulcans game tomorrow. Should be a good time...possibly do some practices with them this summer and see if it's something I can handle/enjoy. When you guys slated to come back to the Ham for a match?

How was the game? You should go out and get a run with them. We don't play in the South league, we play in Texas so the only times we play Birmingham would be at a tournament like Battleship.

Fell off the tracks this weekend. Thursday the gf and I closed on a house, and got engaged, so we had lots of champagne and a couple of beers Thursday night, and I grilled a shite ton of food. Started the moving process Friday, had some beers and a sandwich with lunch. Today we moved big shite.. Did fairly well til I was starving in the middle of moving and ate a McDonald's sausage breakfast burrito.. Just finished mowing the yard and had another beer.

Now that we're done moving and engagement libations are finished, no more excuses to cheat so back on the horse tomorrow.

I think with all of the activity my weight will be alright.. Didn't generally eat a whole lot, except thursday.

So i started the fat fast yesterday. Started bulletproof coffee today to make it easy to get grassfed butter and mct oils in. Taking it easy on them and doing half doses on the mct oil(1 tbsp) until i get used to it. Using the bulletproof brain octane oil and i must say its the first truely tasteless mct oil i have had. But even though i am taking it easy i am still getting the shits pretty bad.

So i am shooting for 1200 cals a day at 80% fat. So far the last two days have looked like

Yeaterday
1143 cals @ 71% fat/ 14% carbs/ 15% protein

Today
1378 cals @ 78% fat/ 4% carbs / 18% protein

Keep in mind both were done on days spent with tons of family and i tried to keep somewhat to what they were eating. Hopefully i can do 10 days of this. Should put right around my goal if i do. Then i can start adding back in carbs.
