777 I do bulletproof coffee in the am and also find it doesn't do much to curb the appetite.

i am only doing the bulletproof coffee because it helps get my fat % up and it taste good as hell, especially with a pack or two of stevia.
I think i have built up a tolerance to caffeine. Started back taking ephedra today when i intake any caffeine and that seems to help. I have been sweating all day.

I drink two cups of black Joe every morning in and I can go till 1pm without eating...at least till noon. I don't see the problem.

I've been on numerous diets that it ain't even funny. I personally found my best results was eating whatever I wanted but no more than 2200 calories with 35-40 mins of cardio daily and eating dinner at 6:30.

Monday and Tuesday were rough. Today is the first day I've woken up feeling normal.
Diet's been clean both days, just felt rough.
Fasted Monday and Tuesday and kept everything in an 8 hr window. I think it was a 7hr window yesterday.

But seriously, it helps big time. You get better at it the more you do it.

I think I felt like I never got adjusted and just stayed hungry, and I would get so hungry that when I did get to eat, I'd gorge.
