I'm done with pizza for a while.

It's been since January 27th that I've had some Zapps. That's mind boggling for me.

I used to put down at least a bag/week.
That may be my next cheat. There won't be any left.

always like that in my office, too. Free food in the break room lasts no time. I once brought a tray of brownies.. About 16 small brownies in all. Lasted about 15 minutes

I mowed down about 1 medium. Maybe a little more.

It was damage done, but a lesson learned.

If I'm cheating with pizza in the future, it's gonna be good stuff. I heard David Blake on WWL early edition this morning talking about the best pizza in the city, and everybody kept saying Moe's. Might have to check it out one day.

Got the Double Decker
Ate just the 2 patties and the 2 strips of bacon
Not a bad burger patty

I'm always hearing that Fleur de Lis is the best in Baton Rouge
I haven't tried it yet
Keep saying I will but when cheat night comes, Gov't Street seems soo far away

my absolute favorite time to eat is midnight-2am. I can wake up from a dead sleep. Go into the kitchen, and eat something sweet, and drink a 20oz water and go rite back to sleep. Did this for years, while im cutting weight i wake up with that sweet craving and make myself go back to sleep without eating. About once a week i will treat myself to a quest bar at midnight lol.

it was a peanut butter dark chocolate protein bar that I then slathered extra peanut butter onto. It was such a fat thing to eat and it was glorious

Anyone here ever try the eat/stop/eat version of intermittent fasting? It is just a 24 hour fast once or twice per week.

I did a 24hr fast the day after I had pizza two weeks ago.

Yea first few days is crazy hard at the 14 hour mark. After three days its a breeze though. Honestly once I reach the 16 hour mark its easy to go a full 24, but I usually try not to and once you pop the top, there is no going back.

Glad to see so many loving the IF train. I am off it right now because honestly I am having a really hard time meeting my macros well protein anyways. I am trying to eat a little at time but honestly it is so much food.

I am doing the PSMF diet again but trying to get to double body weight in protein and less than 20g carbs/15g fat.

Its hard as shite. honestly egg whites and 99% turkey are my saving grace right now to even get close, well that and protein shakes. Chicken is just too damn filling, same with the veggies.

Yesterday I got to 315g and honestly I made myself sick trying to force down chicken breast. the veggies made me want to throw up so ended up tossing half a pound of chicken and some asparagus.

gonna slowly lower the protein over the next 10 weeks and then when I am 30 days from vacation I will reevaluate. If I still have more to lose I will do Greg Plitts MFT28 program and diet which is crazy hard but would be perfect for somebody that needs to transform quickly.

I started my modified version of Layne Nortons PHAT program this week and I am splitting most of the workouts up into a morning session and an afternoon session. Morning is done while fasted so hopefully with the crazy volume of the program plus the diet I won't have to do the MFT28 program because honestly I don't know if I could complete it, it looks so hard.

I will post a before and after picture in 6 more weeks to show progress.

I haven't had many of BR's 'best' pizzas, but Red Zeppelin is good shite. Plus you can wash down your pizza with delicious draft beer.

Day 3 of IF and I'm not really even hungry yet.. intredasting. And I'm feeling good. I've tried the ESE 24-hour fast before. It was not worth it for me. The hunger pangs were too real.

They mentioned another place at the corner of West Metairie and clearview that is the most like a true Chicago deep dish.

I'm gonna investigate that.

Height: 6'4
Weight: 205

I'm down about 10 pounds since January. Trying to get rid of that last unwanted fat around my midsection/chest.

M-Th - Usually play basketball for about 30-40 minutes in the morning. Then I will lift weights. No strict schedule just trying to hit each muscle once or twice.

Diet goals on MFP -
1800 calories
225g protein
90g carbs
60g fats

I usually stay within 10% of those numbers...during the week. Friday-Sunday I do get some workouts in but my diet and drinking is what most likely is keeping me from shredding this weight. It's not that I'm eating outrageous amounts of food, but it's obviously going to be more than ~1800 while eating out at least once a day fri-sat.

Any thoughts or feedback on my diet or recommending a workout program would be very helpful.

I'm somewhat interested in the IF, but not sure about how I would go about my workout schedule. I'll probably sit down tonight and read over some of those documents lsu777 has from the IF thread to gain some more info.
