I just did 30 minutes at 3.5mph then had a little shoot around. Time for coffee and green tea until 11:30!

215/203.3/200ish

Weighed in at 203.3 and 13.4% BF on my new Aria scale this morning.

So if you are getting up at 2 in the morning, you presumably ate earlier, went to bed earlier and the times frames just shift. It works out the same. 16 hours is 16 hours.

I get up at 415 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
445 on Wednesday and Friday.
Around 7 on Saturday and 615 on Sunday.

I finished supper around 730. If I don't have it in me to wait until 1130 to eat from time to time, I'd be ashamed of myself.

Like I said, I am not saying it isn't sometimes hard, but it shows how spoiled we are where not eating for 16 hours is considered a fast, when 6-9 hours of that time is sleeping.

I'm not calling anyone out. Just making a comment on our society.

2 cigars for breakfast

I've taken this tact sometimes in the evenings when I am about done with my intake for the day and still have that mental hunger. Cigar and a big Diet Dr. Pepper.

Amazing connection that people gain weight when they stop smoking or smoke more when they start eating less.

Not sure I could do breakfast cigars.

No clue what that means. I'm 6'4 and would describe my body type as skinny fat.

Weighed in this morning baws,

235/216/205

Coming off slower now, but I'm #Gainz'n too. I can see more muscle in my shoulders, chest, and legs than around January when I started Wendler.

Going to have to check out the Wendler's workout system. Trying to decide on an actual workout schedule instead of just doing muscle groups.

Open to all suggestions atm, looking to start on Monday. Only other program I've looked at is the Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0 program that lsu777 mentioned.

I made the most fire meatballs last night.

Used grass fed beef and italian pork, shitload of mozz, an egg and subbed in ground pork skins for the bread crumbs. Parsley and other seasonings too. Unreal.

Loving this shite, I'm down about 12 lbs and 2% Body fat and lifting better than I ever have. All the information is much appreciated fellas.

If I'm not slaying euro box in Croatia come August then I'm just a f-in loser.

Did you brown them off and pop them in the oven?

What's your technique?

I'm in DC this weekend, celebrating my fiancee's sister's engagement.. Much libation to be had, but I'm going to try to keep it under control. Going to Denver at the end of the month and I fully anticipate lots of #whalez there. Hopefully IF will help keep the gaining to a minimum.

You know it. Browned them in olive oil for 5 minutes in cast iron on high heat and then in the oven on 400 for 10 minutes.

Delicious.

Made some almond flower pancakes for dinner last night. That + Smuckers sugar free syrup...it was pretty fricking tasty. I've never made pancakes at all before, so not too shabby for a first attempt. Had them with some bacon + eggs + potatoes that the lady wanted. pretty badass breakfast for dinner. The syrup has 8 carbs, but 7 are sugar alcohols which I'm pretty sure are ignored (but certain ones I think are still not necessarily good) but a serving size is 1/4 cup

Also went on my 2nd jog yesterday. Felt good- pace was sped up (not on purpose) by about 20 seconds per mile (11:05 vs 11:25) but I also did a 2 mile route this time...so already seen an increase in distance and speed. The cardio endurance is definitely the limiting factor...legs aren't tiring out at all.

They make a low sugar jam that is very good. I try to avoid artificial sweeteners where I can.

I've used sugar free maple in my brine for salmon.

It's good stuff.

For those who IF and also like to drink on the weekends...

Do you "cheat" and consume these calories outside of the 8hr window? Or do you just wait until extremely late in the afternoon to break the fast?

I've read "The Truth About Alcohol, Fat Loss, and Muscle Growth" but it doesn't have anything about IF fasting in it.

If I drink, and I've fasted that day, I keep the beer in the 8hr window.
