also here is a list of airdyne workouts
LINK
my favorite is the one by gym jones called FY300 and its pretty much impossible. Little background, Gym Jones was the trainer for the actors in the movie 300 and came up with the original 300 workout. He got pissed when everybody was butchering his original so he created the FY300.
Essentially you have 10 minutes to burn 300 cals on the airdyne/assualt bike. Its nearly impossible and I believe the record is 405 by two members of his gym. youtube has some videos on it. if you have time look at them.

i just started that one this weekend. Its all one drive but different folders.
I will be uploading more every night. So if there is something you want and its not there, give it time.
the main thing is the videos take a long time.

just depends man on what you are looking for. Tom Venuto's feed the muscle burn the fat is a good read.
Also Michael Matthews Bigger, Leaner, Stronger is another great book and pretty much aligns with what I preach normally, Lift heavy, eat a balanced diet and get plenty of rest.
Honestly though what are you looking to learn about? I can make recommendations based on that.

Kinda looking into reading something about muscle growth. Once I'm done shedding these last few pounds I'm gonna start trying to get big I guess.

then honestly read micharl matthews bigger leaner stronger and read the kinobody books. Greyskull lp is another great book.
essentially your goal should be to put on muscle with as little fat as possible. This is what Martin Berkham created Leangains style Intermittent Fasting to do. IF is the best way to accomplish this imo but you have to figure out what works best for you.
one of the keys I have found to starve off fat when being in a calorie surplus is morning walks.
Also there are different techniques that can be used with carb timing/cycling that can help big time. John Keifer touches on this with carb backload.
But overall the best program for you is prolly going to be one of the first three i mentioned, at least where they lay it out for you. Especially at your experience level.

Been since August of 1996 that I was sub 190.
I'd need to lose 27 pounds at this point to get there. I'm not sure I can shed 27#'s in 4 more months. Gonna take a while.
Yea its been prolly since mid 2008 I was sub 190. Its been a hard road and still have more to lose. I underestimated how much i needed to lose to get to where I wanted(mouton said this happened to him too)
and yea 27# is a lot to lose in 4 months while keeping your strength and muscle. But honestly I am down 23 since feb 1st so it can be done, but I would not recommend it. Much better to take your time with a small calorie deficit folling IIFYM protocol with Intermittent fasting.
You should be able to lose 2lbs of fat a week while above 20%, about 1.5 til you get to 15%, about 1 til you get to 10% then a half til 8% and less than that the lower you get. This can be done with little to no muscle loss.

the last time I saw < 190. My freshman year in highschool when I wrestled 189...@ 5'7 and with zero muscle. I was a sexy beast in that singlet, let me tell ya

1.7 pounds per week is very easy at first, but it gets harder the closer you get to the goal.
I bet you can lose 16 pounds in the next four months though.

Dropped 10 lbs this past month by basically stopping the sugar drinks and taking in more water. Also, portion control on meals and stepped up my gym routine. Another 10 to go and I'll be good to go.

Get after it then!
I'm enjoying this getting healthier thing. Although all my shorts from last summer are way too big on me now.
