what do you find best? just grab a couple of dumbbells and stand on your toes, or hop on to the leg press and load it up with weights and just do them like that?
Obviously, these are all things I can attempt myself, just curious as to what you guys find works best.

I like the one that looks like this:
Not the exact one our gym has, but pretty close to it.

if you want your calves to grow and be crazy sore trying training the calves doggcrapp style
Works well for sitting calve raises, standing and especially on the leg press machine.

All calf exercises are done with an enhanced negative portion of the rep. Each rep consists of five seconds of lowering down to a full stretch, a 10- to 15-second hold in the stretched position, then rising onto the toes.

never seen anything like that
I'm sure I can just hold some dumbbells or the fixed barbell things and do them on the stairs
the first time I trained calves with the seated one I could hardly walk for 2 days, the calf doms were fricking real that week...sounds like I've got a few things to try tomorrow. Appreciate the tips gentlemen.

I'm lucky that I was able to drop a lb. I drank beer at an Astros game 2 nights ago.

I went to Thirsty Thursday at the Barons game last night.
$2 for a 16oz beer. I didn't leave thirsty, I also didn't step on the scale this morning

Thread from OT
Look at this thread. Do people really try to see how many they can eat in one sitting?! I wish I tried this before I decided to get in shape.

I've never understood the love for Popeye's biscuits. They are salty as frick to me.
Church's honey biscuits are where it's at.

I trolled that thread. lol
But I think if there was money on the line, I could choke down a dozen.
It'd have to be for at least $5 though.

I like the biscuits, but I've never thought to just go scoop up a dozen.

Biscuits are one type of bread that I could look at all day every day and never be tempted. Just not a huge biscuit fan.
