Just broke my fast after a good chest and tri session. Ate half an avacado and just made me a pulled pork pizza on the flax flat bread! I'm weighing in on Monday morning at work and checking my body fat. I plan on being good this weekend!

We have some machine. Stand on it barefoot and and hold these handles straight out and it calculates LBM, body fat, bmi, etc. not sure of the name of it.

InBody is the machine. We have 2 at work connected to printers so it gives a print out of all the information.

188.5 this am! Dropped about 7 lbs since Easter
I'm pretty sure I stayed under 100 carbs yesterday even with the grits!
I did legs this am. Had to take a break to finish calves. Almost puked! Body Beast is a damn good workout.

Velvet cactus on Friday and crawfish and beer on Saturday got me bad.
