Just a busy month and scheduling trips around weekends so I don't burn much vacation time. Probably won't be traveling anywhere until October or so.

Traveling is a fairly new thing for me.. grew up too broke to do any traveling, so now I'm trying to get plenty of it in before the SO and I start a family.

Doubt anyone here has experience with this issue (because I haven't met anyone who has).

Even after eating healthier and working out 4-5 sometimes 6 days a week (over the past 5 months), I am still not going to the bathroom. I may go 2 times a week if I'm lucky. Keep in mind that I also drink coffee every single morning.

Starting to wonder if it's time to go see a doctor. Whenever I would mention it to doctor's in the past they would just tell me to eat more fiber. I feel like I get a solid amount of fiber now and nothing has changed.

If you're doing keto, that's not unheard of at all for your BMs to reduce in number, especially when you first get going good. I remember being worried that I was constipated and taking extra fiber powder and all that kinda stuff..turns out you actually just shite less on keto.

If you're not doing keto, then ignore everything I just said. If you weren't going at all, then there would probably be something to worry about, but since it's happening I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it's struggle and bricks are coming out or something.

Not doing keto.

I never feel bad at all or anything. Just weird. I doubt my body just doesn't produce waste?

What kind of fiber intake do you have?

I don't track it that well. But I get around 2 cups of veggies each day. Eating a cup of black beans every day this week to see if that will help.

I also include 3 tablespoons of flax seeds into my smoothies.

Go vegan for a while. Best thing about it is the pooping. Soft, easy, and hardly any toilet paper.

Not sure if y'all do this, but I'm gonna start planning cheat meals days in advance.

I've been winging it, and just making whatever sounded good that day.

This Sunday it's gonna be:

Tacos-hard and soft shell (beef, chicken, shrimp)
Onion, bell pepper, and garlic
Pico
Guacamole
Sour cream
Black Beans and rice

Btw, I'm frickin starving

sorry to distract you from the poop thread, but thought I'd drop this here. Elmwood was doing a free "in body" machine analysis today.
160.7#
BMI 23.1
% body fat 6.7

I think the % number is complete BS and told the guy, he said its usually pretty accurate. For comparison sake, based on the looks test and prior caliper readings I'd say I'm 8.5-9% right now.

8-9% is pretty shredded. At that % you should have a very defined six pack. What type of machine was it? Is is the kind that has metal pads that send an electical wave or something through your body? If so these are known to be wildly innacurate.

yeah it was that machine, I was actually posting to say how inaccurate it was. I'm very cut, well defined 6 pack, veins protruding in arms, legs, and most of my abdomen, but by no means am I ready to walk into a body building comp tomorrow.

Is it all day? I might just work out there tonight if so. Wanna see what my numbers are.
