I just cannot support a place that goes public with telling the nation they have raised prices and lowered quantity and only one one of their customers complained so its not a problem.

You missed that report that came out a few weeks ago? I think it may have been a link posted on the OT. The president of Raising Cains (not graves someone else) spoke out in some magazine on the economy and said how they raised prices etc and that they were not worried because they only had ONE complaint.

Now I remember being there on opening night when they first opened and I think Graves was working there giving out the food. I enjoyed it alot. Baileys was down the road so it certainly wasnt a new idea but it used to be cheap when they had the wars with each other (after opening the 2nd location) Since then though quality and value have gone way down. At least the bread has stayed the same..
