Pretty much the same here...I always get water...cheap I'm not.

I don't drink water to save 2 bucks. I'd prefer to waste my calories on a stick of cheese, coated in bread crumbs, and dropped in a bath of bubbling fat.
But, even though it wouldn't upset me to see a "water charge" on a menu, I'd still think it was a crappy management move.
