I can't say she's particularly hot. In fact, she's rather plain looking. She just has a very nice rack.

My friends and I had the Drunken Fish place the other night and it was AWESOME!!!! Best sushi I have had in baton Rouge by far and I liked how casual the atmosphere was.

Wow, I thought Drunken Fish was a complete train wreck. The sushi was not fresh nor good. The waitress (white girl) was an a-hole. She kept yelling at the hostess and telling on her for not seating people in the correct seats, even though there was only like 3 other tables eating. Also, our plates and glasses were dirty.

Kotos is solid and Komados on Sherwood is good. Komados off of College is alright, but has the worst, most incompotent service in BTR. Ichibans is good, but usually very crowded.

Waka House is impressive and unique although it has a hole in the wall vibe. The owner is a bit too talkative.

Tsunamis uses too much rice IMO and the sushi chefs arent the most sanitary.

If you are new to Baton Rouge, do yourself a favor...eat at the Drunken Fish! Yum! So many good specialty rolls there.

Oh wow... just wow... That place is total garbage. You should step it up a notch and try Hello Sushi..

To the OP.. I would say Yama is maybe the best sushi place in BR. But even that is debateable.. Your favorite restaurant in BR.. Ok fine with that too. But best restaurant in the city? Nah.. Cant agree cant even put it in the top 10.

Do they pull a "Papi" and not wash their hands when finishing up?

They play with change from the tip jar, get on their phones, shake people's hands, then make sushi with their unwashed hands.

That's what makes the rice so tasty.

That sort of thing disgusts me, but a lot of people don't care what their food touches.
