WHAT A MISTAKE~~!!!!
Buddy told me you don't even taste the pumpkin....Hell, that is all I taste. Maybe it is all in my mind.
I think it taste like shite.

Baw, sautéed trinity, butter, flour, blonde roux , adjust consistency with shrimp stock.

Wish I hadn't and won't make that mistake again. Spent more time trying to get the pumpkin taste out. Didn't save time when a simple blonde roux would have done the trick.
