WFD Tonight - pork chops and Pinot

Brown Sugar Grilled Pork Chops with homemade Peach BBQ sauce paired with a 2022 Peter Michael Le Moulin Rouge Pinot Noir. One of the best Pinot’s on our planet. The pork chop recipe was from the 2012 June Edition of Southern Living and a recreation of a meal that Laura cooked for me 12 years ago. We added fresh grilled corn on the cob. Can’t believe we waited this long to recreate it. Happy Father’s Day to me. LIG, LTD. (for those that don't know me, Life Is Good, Living The Dream)
